Caller AI provides an artificial intelligence calling and communication system that includes the website, user dashboard, application programming interfaces, software tools, and all related features and services.

2. Eligibility and account requirements

  • You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep your login information secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

3. License to use the service

  • Caller AI gives you a limited and non-exclusive license to use the service for your internal business purposes.
  • You may not copy, modify, translate, reverse engineer, adapt, or publicly distribute any part of the service.
  • All intellectual property rights remain owned by Caller AI.

4. User responsibilities and acceptable use

  • You are fully responsible for all content, scripts, call actions, messages, and data you send through the platform.
  • You agree not to use the service for unlawful activity, harmful messages, abusive content, or anything that violates the rights of others.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with all applicable laws, including consumer protection, privacy rules, and telemarketing regulations.

5. Compliance with calling laws

  • You are responsible for ensuring that all calls, messages, and outreach created through Caller AI follow the laws of your region.
  • This includes consent requirements, contact rules, opt-out requests, do not call lists, and any other legal standards that apply to automated or assisted calling.
  • Caller AI does not provide legal advice and is not responsible for your compliance obligations.

6. Payments and billing

  • Some features require payment.
  • By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all charges, fees, and taxes associated with your use of the service.
  • Your plan may renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are granted only in situations clearly described by Caller AI.

7. Service changes and updates

  • Caller AI may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the service at any time in order to improve performance or maintain security.
  • Caller AI is not responsible for delays, interruptions, errors, or service limitations that may occur.

8. Data and privacy

  • Caller AI may process information you provide in order to deliver the service.
  • Your use of the service is also governed by the Caller AI Privacy Policy.
  • You are responsible for informing your customers or contacts that their data may be processed through artificial intelligence systems if required by law.

9. Termination

  • Caller AI may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if your activity creates risk for the platform or other users.
  • You may terminate your account by following the steps in the dashboard.
  • Termination does not guarantee any refund for unused time unless stated otherwise.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" with no promises regarding performance, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Caller AI does not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of liability

  • Caller AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from your use of the service.
  • The total maximum liability of Caller AI for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid during the three months before the claim arose, or one hundred United States dollars, whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and protect Caller AI from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses that arise from your misuse of the service, violation of the law, or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law and dispute resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the location where Caller AI operates.
